Good size, clean room. WiFi. Helpful staff. Lovely tuk tuk driver. Great breakfast with choice. Beautiful view from restaurant. Close to Genocide Museum.

The breakfast offered a variety of options, including a live station, and had a great view. the room was spacious and had all the necessary amenities. the staff were helpful and accommodating.

The hotel's location was inconvenient, requiring a long walk to restaurants and facing heavy traffic near main roads. the WiFi was spotty and unreliable.

We recently had a pleasant overnight stay at a hotel with a beautiful design and modern facilities. Our room featured a spacious and well-appointed bathroom, with excellent water pressure and comfortable bedding. the staff were friendly and accommodating, offering us breakfast and an airport transfer for an additional fee. We particularly enjoyed the hotel's sauna and jacuzzi. Despite its distance from the main road, there were still plenty of tuk-tuks available for transport.

The hotel could benefit from improving their restaurant's menu and service, which currently leaves much to be desired.

We loved this hotel! The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. They were able to book our transportation to and from the airport, and even helped us purchase tickets to a show. The breakfast was delicious and had a variety of options to choose from. Our room was extremely spacious and clean, with a beautiful view. We also enjoyed using the workout area during our stay.

The room was quite spacious and the bed was comfortable. There was a gym on-site which was great for getting in a workout. the hotel offered a free shuttle service to a popular tourist attraction which was convenient.

The hotel is located in an unsafe neighborhood and the staff advised against walking outside after dark. The noise level in the hotel was also quite high, as there were large groups of tourists staying on the same floor.
